Our client in Rivonia is looking for a Construction estimator with 10 years experience in construction estimation. Prior Site management experience needed. Tendering experience also needed. Construction Estimator forms part of the construction department and is responsible for preparing construction estimates in support of the proposals department.

Salary Negotiable - 12 months contract

Min Requirements

Relevant Engineering degree / Diploma. QS qualification.

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Construction Estimation.

Experience with tendering on projects located in Africa.

Responsibilities

The construction estimator is responsible for preparing all construction related deliverables associated with the estimating and tendering process whether during the bid phase or during execution.

Prior site management experience in multi-disciplinary projects.

A good understanding of contracts such as NEC and FIDIC
