Sorbet Sea Point seeks flexible 'part-time' front desk co-ordinator.
Job requirements:
- The job will require the candidate to work approximately 2-3 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Candidate must have a friendly outgoing personality.
- Matric.
- Must be computer literate, have good admin skills, and have a passion for the retail/beauty industry.
- The candidate must also be a able to handle pressure, multi-task in a busy environment, and excellent attention to detail is a compulsory requirement.
Job responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests to the store by displaying a friendly, warm and professional attitude.
- Accurately book and handle appointments, changes to appointments, calls, guest questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage staff work schedule /rosters and coordinate training schedules and bookings.
- Manage and be responsible for Stock counts, inventory and receiving stock, capturing invoices on ESP and managing store openings and closing procedures.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Assist with administrative accurate invoice filing and controls, together with cash takings and daily banking and complete accurate daily cash-up.
- Communicate any staff/ guest problems that need attention to the franchisee.
- Other ad hoc duties.
