Our dynamic and growing company is looking for a professional and friendly administrator to join our team. The position includes a variety of duties within the school and it is preferable that you like small children!

Duties Include:
Front Line:
- Answering the telephone, responding to queries, taking messages & making calls
- Regularly checking & responding to emails
- Greeting parents, children and guests, and responding to queries
Administration:
- Filing
- Scheduling appointments
- Enrolling children:
- Following up with enquiries
- Send out information email
- Send out Welcome email
- Create Parent Portal access
- Create child file, secure documents [parent agreement, debit order form, parent portal]
- Set up child on webcam, set up parent fingerprints, provide Exchange book
- Creating classists & registers on a monthly basis
- Creating schedules, lists, timetables etc.
- Typing up documents
- Contacting suppliers, placing orders, getting quotes
- Taking inventory
- Placing weekly food orders
Accounts:
- Capturing and matching receipts on a monthly basis
- Create monthly invoices and send to parents
- Preparing debit order information
- Managing extra-mural and function payments
- Classifying expenses to the right accounts
- Filing of invoices to parents and expense invoices
Other:
- Attending school functions outside of normal working hours (e.g. evenings / Saturdays)
- Assisting in preparation for functions and events (setting up and packing away)
