· Adhering and implementing of all safety regulations
· Do pre-shift checks as per the procedure and report defects
· Ensuring that the planned maintenance schedule of the machine is executed
· Reporting any deviation from standard to supervisor
· Carry out first line maintenance on the machine
· Ensure machine is kept clean
· Carry out any reasonable duties besides normal duties as requested.
· Assist with the identification of areas of operating the machine
· Follow correct procedure to load coal onto hauling trucks (FEL where required)
· Ensure screened coal is stacked correctly
· Grade 12
· Good communication skills
· Be able to work independently
· 4-6 years relevant experience FEL Operator:
· FEL Operator License
· Code 10 Drivers licence
· Valid medical certificate
