We are seeking a professional and outgoing Office Assistant with experience in sporting administration to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric and or relevant admin qualification
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Administrative experience in the sporting arena advantages
- Excellent computer skills (Microsolf Office, Google Docs)
- Mature and outgoing personality
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Database management – preference will be given to candidates who have a sporting admin background
- Party coordination
- Following up on debtors payments
- Data capturing and typing company correspondence
- Stock control
- Keep track of administrative deadlines
- Petty Cash
- Marketing - social media marketing (FB & Twitter) experience (in the sporting field)
Minimum Requirements:
- -Matric
- -Reliable transport to and from work
- -Stable employment track record
- -Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
- -Sporting admin experience
- -3 Years working experience
