A vacancy is available at Three Rivers Lodge in the Reception front office area as a Front office Manager. The position reports to the General Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Responsible for the smooth running of the front reception Department
• Supervises all reservations,(Booking of rooms, specials) etc…
• Answering to all customer queries, questions and requests
• Cash-up balances are done as per SOP
• Monthly cost effective planning / budgeting
• Responsible for profitability of reception
• Responsible for training, motivating and developing staff
• Daily/weekly and monthly reporting
• Daily management meetings
• Stock takes
• Compile shift rosters
• Ensure company policies are adhere to at all times
• Ensuring that all guests expectations are met.
Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
• Relevant qualification in hospitality will be an advantage
• Strong Administrative and leadership skills
• Semper system knowledge will be an advantage
• Exceptional customer service
• Working knowledge of Excel and word
• Minimum 3 year working experience within the relevant position will be an advantage
• Well-spoken and well-presented individual
• Willing to work shifts
• Must have own transport
