We are looking for a receptionist to be in charge of receiving clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving customers directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Help customers find their way around the office.
Advertise clients as needed.
Help maintain workplace safety by issuing, reviewing, and collecting credentials as needed and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
Preparation of meeting and training rooms.
Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as needed.
Help colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Answer, divert and filter phone calls.
Classification and distribution of mail.
Hire, manage and develop the junior administrative team.
Provide excellent customer service.
Appointment scheduling.
Receptionist Requirements:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent and professional dress and manners.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience in administrative and administrative procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
