Job Description
As a HR Assistant Resourcing you will be responsible for providing and supporting the Recruitment department with an administration function.
Some of the main tasks are listed below but are not limited to:
- Effective administration of recruitment function supporting the Recruitment team
- Collate and distribute documents to relevant persons
- Liaising with customers
- Resolving clocking issues
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures through effective administration of necessary systems.
- Accurate record keeping and reporting processes.

- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- 2 Years administration experience, of which 1 year should be HR related in a mining industry - Advantageous
