A company in Brits is looking for a very energetic, driven and responsible individual to run a major brand fuel station in Brits, North West.
The eligible candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fuel station. Their duties include:
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Inventory management: Managing fuel and product inventory levels, and ordering and receiving supplies
- Store operations: Overseeing store operations, including the convenience shop
- Maintenance: Ensuring proper maintenance of all operational systems, including pumps and fuel supply
- Compliance: Ensuring that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followed
- Reporting: Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including cash-ups, day-end, banking, and month-end
- Customer relations: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, and promoting the station to potential customers
- Fuel prices: Keeping up to date on fuel prices and ensuring fuel price changes are implemented monthly
Requirements:
- Willing to work the long hours
- Willing to work the weekends and public holidays
- Must have their own reliable transport
