The Intelligent Debt Management (IDM) Group, South Africas largest and multi-award winning debt management company, has a position available for a Fulfilment Operations Manager.
Fulfilment is a critical step in the debt counselling process, where our purpose is to secure financial and legal protection for all consumers within the fastest time possible. This manager will, with the support of a strong management portfolio, oversee the Negotiations, Legal, and Reckless Lending departments and will report directly to the Head of Fulfilment. This manager will be challenged to consistently contribute new ideas for operations (considering systems, processes, and people) that improve the services provided by their respective teams. The successful candidate will join a vibrant, fast-paced team environment and must be highly self-motivated, customer-focused and highly analytical. The candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of operational theories, be able to implement strategies and be efficient in administration and query/problem resolution. Necessary training will be provided as required.

- Managing the teams productivity, quality/accuracy, and risk in line with the team and companys strategic goals and Fulfilment KPAs/KPIs.
- Overseeing monthly performance incentives and managing this in line with budget requirements.
- Translating and implementing strategic goals.
- Managing disciplinary issues and performance counselling.
- Running monthly performance meetings and presentations.
- Working with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to produce timely and meaningful management reports.
- Understanding of the financial services industry in South Africa
- Current management experience (minimum of 12 months)
