A global animal welfare organisation has 2 specialist roles available within their fundraising team.
- Acquisitions fundraiser which will focus on face to face events and similar fund raising initiatives and requires experience in the acquisition of new funders
- Individual Giving Fundraiser who will focus on regular giving donations and retention. This role will need focused experience in that.
Your contribution will be:
- Optimising and ensuring the good running the relevant Programmes
- Developing and implementing strategic interventions to retain donors
- Using data to develop, regularly update and report on performance against targets
- Identifying and trialing new opportunities forgrowth, through a digital-first approach
- Working closely with the other fundraising specialists in other areas and Digital colleagues to deliver a seamless donor experience

Your profile should illustrate:
- Several years relevant experience these roles require focused experience in this space
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar
- An independent and organised self-starter
- Great affinity to animal welfare and organisations vision and mission
