Job Introduction
G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated security management solutions, has a vacancy for a Receptionist based at our Head Office in Centurion, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which Receptionist plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

Role Responsibility
Effective management of reception at the Head Office
- Courteous and appropriate reception of visitors
- Maintenance of a neat and orderly reception area
- Coordination of mail, deliveries and courier parcels
- Courteous, timely and appropriate answering and screening of telephone calls, taking of accurate and complete messages, delivered timeously.
- Updated telephone extension list distributed regularly
Qualification
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant experience in administration
- 2 years experience in a related position
