The GenAI Global Creative Automation Technical Director, is a 'hands-on-role' which requires the ability to drive the running and adoption of our Marketing Automation platform(s), along with our proprietary AI Tool, Pencil Pro, globally, with a key focus on empowering / training colleagues (Scoping, costing , Technical platform support) + Client stakeholders, and introducing new features and better ways to use Marketing Automation and AI.
This exciting new role, reporting into the Global Programme Director, for our largest Client, is critical to the continued success of our Clients' technology, automation & AI efforts. This role is to build out their use of Marketing Automation and AI (Pencil Pro), You will be results driven, proficient in reporting progress based on data to identify adoption, as well as spot opportunities for growth.
The GenAI Global Creative Automation Technical Director will champion our automation and AI efforts and must raise the profile of the Client as the leading partner for modular creative and AI (Pencil Pro) delivery amongst the Clients' community of brands and DMC's.
You will require deep experience with GenAI tools and what they can do for creators, the advertising industry and for marketing clients - as well as the positivity, energy and lateral problem solving to explore and expand techniques to push beyond any perceived creative limitations. One key measure of your success will be your ability to inspire a team with creative solutions day-to-day. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients and fame for your work, as well as make you one of the leading voices of the GenAI revolution.

The GenAI Global Creative Automation Technical Director is responsible for the success of our differentiated automation and AI processes, people and technology to deliver marketing content at pace and to a high quality. This will include the accelerated development and deployment of in-house and 3rd party technologies to solve the client's problems and the development of a true Marketing Automation and AI capability.
To achieve this, the GenAI Global Creative Automation Technical Director will be expected to build, deploy, maintain and evolve a global, world-class automation & AI solution to all the Client brands

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- 8+ years in a technical development and production capacity, within creative marketing services
- Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
- Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting
- Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative
- Good working knowledge of the Celtra Creative Automation Platform
- Working knowledge and experience of creative automation processes, technologies and people
- Experience leading a global initiative across regions, cultures and time-zones
- Practical experience and success of implementing structural and/or significant process changes
- Demonstrated history of being result focused, through process driven experience
- Interfacing directly with clients, to build strong relationships and trust
- Self-motivated, driven, proactive and thoughtful team member
