Job Description
Key and General Accounts Management
Regular Store Visit
Conduct training for in store staff
Ensure products are on display and working at all times
Maintain displays stock in store
Management of stock levels
Create orders for stores with Owners/Managers
Follow up orders and deliveries
Assist with complaints, outstanding repairs and service calls
Sales analysis by store/sales channel
Be involved with merchandising team for Key Accounts
Arrange in store promotions
Trade show visits
Price management and implementation
Projections and forecasting of Sales units
Warehouse/Delivery Liaison
Identify new product opportunities
Establish relationships with new customers
Achieve sales budgets
Develop strategies for each Account Channel
Sales analysis
Continuous monitoring of competitor products, pricing, new lines etc.
Requirements
Skills
MS Office, word, excel and power point
SAP knowledge and advantage
Previous sales experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
Good analytical skills
Good Negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales target achievements
Knowledge of Retail Operations
Self –motivated
Own vehicle in good condition and valid driver’s license
