Key Responsibilities
- Manage all company fixed assets on the system.
- Asset verification bi-annually for the group.
- Monthly review of the company insurance policies ensuring accurate allocation and all assets included Prepare for payment.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in respect and clearing accounts.
- Top 15 depreciation feedback.
- Preparation of FAR disclosure to reconcile with financial statements.
- Managing of communication on purchasing of company vehicles and Chairperson of the fleet committee.
- Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
- Plan, prioritize, and demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.
- Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.
- Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.
- Grade 12.
- Minimum qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and accounting for Fixed Assets for a group of companies.
