RPO Recruitments client, a leading residential building contractor in Cape Town, is currently seeking to employ a General Foreman or Site Manager who can join their team.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Building or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience specialising in the general site management of upmarket residential building projects
- Must be able to bring subcontractors on board, start a site from scratch and put all the necessary systems and processes in place to complete the project successfully
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Salary: R400k R500k CTC per annum, negotiable
