We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our 5-star establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial targets. Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Degree or National Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management (Essential)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a 5-star hotel
- Previous management experience (Essential)
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in OPERA and all MS Office packages
- Financial acumen and the ability to achieve financial targets
- Extensive knowledge in Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office
- Experienced with Guest Revu and TripAdvisor platforms
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English
- Knowledge of basic Labour law and disciplinary procedures
- Valid drivers license (no endorsements) and own reliable transport (Essential)
