Centurion Hospice is looking to appoint a highly motivated manager to execute its mission to promote quality of life, dignity in death and support in bereavement through a holistic approach.
Job requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in NPO management.
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
- The ability to build and manage a team consisting of diverse members.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Financial management (including budgeting), Microsoft Office and Pastel experience.
- Sound fundraising experience.
- The ability to manage assets effectively.
- Have knowledge of palliative and home based care.
- A track record of managing a successful charity shop.
- Demonstrated commitment to good governance, transparent management and adherence to statutory requirements, including the HPCA.

Centurion Hospice is located in Lyttelton, Centurion and serves the communities of Centurion, Midrand, Laudium, Olievenhoutbosch and surrounding areas. We provide palliative care including symptom and pain management, grief and bereavement support through a team of professionally qualified nurses and social workers. Nobody is turned away.
