Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- +10 years experience in hospitality
- Must be able to work shifts / weekends / public holidays
- Will be required to have emails setup on your phone & this is to be monitored
- In charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience
- Responsible for all hotel services/daily operations, such as guest relations, arrivals/departures, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense/budget management, team building, and employee development
- HR (Recruiting, salaries, staff contracts & documents)
- Overseeing all stock sheets
- PMS & reservations experience
- Vast knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, tour operators, etc.)
- Attention to detail & organizational skills are very important
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Reservations, 17 Rooms, manage all departments
- Strong rooms div, and maintenance
- Boutique Hotel 5* Experience
- Own transport
- Must be able to work shifts and weekends
- Must be available to start immediately or by 07 August 2023 at the latest
