Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management in a retail setting.
- Effective leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Lead and manage our team of Operations Managers, providing guidance in developing and implementing efficient production processes, and promoting a positive team culture.
- Analyze and evaluate business procedures to identify opportunities to optimize performance, and propose solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that our retail units are well-stocked, maintain proper inventory levels, and reorder products when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department to determine the best products for each retail unit and develop sales projections as needed.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to established safety standards and practices.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that service quality is upheld to meet company standards.
