We offer a job for General Manager to work with our self-catering apartments in Bedfordview.
Job details:
- Managing approximately 30 units with a mixture of long term and daily tenants;
- Managing the maintenance of the building;
- Relationship with clients and various owners;
- Managing of concierge and cleaning staff;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, but 24/7 phone availability with potential call-outs.
Requirements for candidate:
- Strong personality;
- strong administration and leadership skills;
- Experience;
- Own car and license essential.
