We are in search of candidates who meet the following requirements for this position:
Opportunity requirements:
- Aged between 24 and 30 year’s old
- EE Candidate: Black or coloured female
- Drivers licence and the ability to drive
- Matric and/or office administration course
- Computer literacy - Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Well -spoken
- Good reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Opportunity responsibilities:
- General office administration.
- Excellent Communication skills - answering and making phone calls and maintaining correspondence.
- Inventory duties – ensuring that office supplies are always in stock.
- Attending of meetings and compilation of documents.
- Filing
- Overseeing various budgets within a company and making sure that allocated budgets are adhered to.
- Fill in wherever necessary.
Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg
Gross Salary: R8500
