We are a small to medium concierge and car rental company in Johannesburg looking for a bookkeeper / general office assistant. You will be working in a small team fulfilling a diverse role as a bookkeeper, as well as PA and administrator. If you like to multitask, and have a bit of variation in your day, and enjoy crunching the numbers and working on quotes/invoices daily as well, then this is the job for you.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Bookkeeping Certificate / Experience
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or Economics or accounting science (or currently studying)
- Must Have exceptional communication skill and must be good at editing word,excel and powerpoint files. +/-3 years Bookkeeping experience (up to Trial Balance),
- Debtors Management,
- Creditors Management,
- General Office administration,
- Experience as a Personal Assistant,
- Able to multitask,
- Operate well under pressure,
- Ability to deal with challenging situations,
- Great interpersonal skills required,
- Customer documentation and service management,
- Reporting,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
- Good written and verbal communication skills and
