- The successful candidate must have a relevant Degree or Diploma with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and a high degree of self-motivation are key Requirements.
- Good communication skills are vital in this role (for both internal and external customers).
- The successful candidate must manage various aspects of key customer accounts, and coordinate and motivate the sales team on-site.
- The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who can assist the COO to maximise market potential.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept is essential.
- Converse fluently in both English & an additional official language.
