Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
- Apply service management principles to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize technical skills to support product development and address order-related technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.

- 1-2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
- At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
- ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
- Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
- Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level.
- English proficiency at a B2 level is a plus.
