DUTIES:
- Provide customer and technical support to customers regard to technical products via phone, chat and e-mail
- Deep knowledge of the Internet, Computers, Media, Wireless networking, Mobile devices and Applications
- Use all necessary Customer Service Tools appropriately (including Computer and Internet access).
REQUIRED:
- German AND English Verbal and Written
- Tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in technical support role (advantage)
- Fully computer literate
REMUNERATION:
- Digital Associate = R95 per hour = R16 469.20 per month
- Staff Transport = Free between 6 AM-6 PM with in a 35 KM radius
- Over Time: Paid at 1.5 x normal hourly rate
- Sunday Pay: Any hours worked on a Sunday are paid at 1.5 x normal hourly rate
- Public Holidays: Any hours worked on a Public Holiday are paid at 2 x the normal hourly rate
- Shift Allowance: An additional rate of R 2.50 per hour is added to your hourly rate per hour when working anytime between 6pm – 10pm, and an additional rate of R 3.50 per hour when working anytime between 10pm – 6am is added to the hourly rate
- Performance Related bonus: Awarded to top performers which is 6%, 12% or 18% per month on the gross salary depending on how high your performance is ranked in the department. Achieved monthly pay-out is quarterly
- Medical Aid Plan: Client contributes R 960/Partner R560/Per Child R300 up to 3 children towards the medical plan
- Provident Fund: Matching up to 4% contribution
- Shift Allowance: Additional rate of R2.50 per hour (Added to hourly rate between 6AM – 10PM) Additional rate of R3.50 per hour (Added to hourly rate between 10PM – 6AM)
- Your Shift Hours: Vary between 06:00 AM and 00:00 AM
- Weekend: Required to work one day on the weekend
- Immigration: Work Permit, client will sponsor permit application, as well as reimbursement costs for application of police clearance, courier costs, medical and radiological reports costs
- Relocation Costs: Travel costs are not covered
- Accommodation: Will gladly assist to provide any support in finding accommodation and settling down in Cape Town for successful applicants
