Key Responsibilities
- Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses.
- Taking orders and processing billings and payments where applicable,
- Obtaining and correctly capturing of customer information.
- Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts where applicable.
- Handling customer complaints and processing returns/queries effectively.
- Keeping records of customer interactions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex customer issues to TL for timeous resolution.
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
- 2 - 3 years' experience in working in a customer services.
- 1 - 2 years' experience working with international clients
- Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards.
- Probe for clarity to gathers relevant information to assist in resolving customer request
