As a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Freelance) you will be required to support our team in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process that are required to meet the specific clients recruitment requirements. You will need to have exceptional administration skills, coupled with excellent communication skills; as well as thrive in a fast paced, sales environment.
Key responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition Consultant (Freelance) job in South Africa in will include:
- Good understanding of foreign markets (Europe, Asia or the Americas preferably)
- Deep knowledge of recruiting for tech, digital or online markets
- Inherent ability to listen, understand & action tasks under your own steam
- Sourcing the best candidates for the Account Managers, wider team and clients
- Building a pipeline of candidates
- Build and maintain good relationships with Account Managers
- Screening & Interviewing candidates for specific roles
- Assisting with response management; arranging interviews & gathering interview feedback
- High-level understanding and a track record, of recruiting via exhaustive research & tech-based resourcing tools
- Ability to work hours as requested and required (client time zone dependant)
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Ad hoc projects and requests, as required
- 2+ years of commercial recruitment experience focussing on a specific continent ideally Europe/UK, Africa, Asia, The Americas etc.
- Must have international recruitment experience
- Impeccable English language skills
- Business proficient German, French, Spanish or Portuguese will be highly advantageous
