The vision of Executive Relocations Africa is to be the leading Mobility solutions provider in Africa. As part of its expansion into Africa and the pursuit of this vision, Executive Relocations Africa is looking for an experienced relocation coordinator in Cape Town.
The GMC will be expected to coordinate and manage missions from our Cape Town Head office to our branches throughout Africa. The position is based in Cape Town and the selected candidate will report directly to the Executive Relocation Africa Operations Manager.
He/she will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of relocation services for his/her corporate clients into Africa and as such needs to develop strong client relationships with a good understanding of the clients specific needs. He/she will be dealing with high caliber clients and as such exceptionally high customer service skills are required. The ideal candidate will be able to cope with pressure and a quick thinking problem solver who has the ability to think out of the box.

Minimum requirements:
- Diploma or degree
- Three (3) years of experience in relocation, immigration, travel or hospitality industry
The following experiences will be considered as a plus:
- Travels into Africa
- Proficiency in other languages (ideally French, Portuguese or Spanish)
