The Global Quality Analytical Practice Senior Manager is responsible for shaping and deploying key activities and projects related to processes, technologies and systems that enable the Operations Strategy and achieve the company vision of reliable product release.This includes working directly with Kenvue R&D, Supply Chain, Global Franchise, and Regional Quality as applicable.This role ensures the global governance and coordination of key initiatives in analytical testing operations through implementation of best practices, maintenance with applicable regulatory standards and focus on continuous improvement, based on external insights-
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deploy key activities and projects related to processes, technologies and systems that enable Reliable Release and achieve the company vision of reliable cycle-time of product release.
- Support the Reliable Release Analytical Lab testing component for the Quality organization.
- Support the global coordination of labs and Smart Operations for the Quality organization.
- Work with regional and functional partners (Site Leadership teams, R&D Analytical, Global Engineering, Quality Excellence & franchise teams) to identify and implement projects, programs and plans that support achievement of key proactive quality business initiatives.
- Support, coordinate and govern the global deployment of Quality strategic initiatives such as lab Transformation.
- Responsible for providing regular project communications to senior cross functional leadership and escalating issues impacting project success.
- Manage project risk by anticipating change and communication roadblocks and proactively identify mitigation plans to address identified risk.
- Liaise with cross sector analytical/process SMEs and external vendors to identify innovative solutions which support achieving real time release capabilities for consumer products.
- Challenge the status quo and encourage innovative thinking while bringing forth industry trends and insights into the organization.
- Ten (10) years experience working in a regulated industry field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug administration (FDA), ISO, ICH and other applicable regulatory requirements for Analytical Labs.
- Management experience required and demonstrated success in leading in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong leadership abilities required, particularly in the areas of Analytical Labs, automation and digital solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Change management and Project leadership experience.
