• Updating customer information and call logs accurately in the company's database
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets and KPIs
• Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
