Graduate Development Program

Endress+Hauser Australia is offering an opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to join our team through our new Graduate Development Program. The Program is designed for new graduates and provides exposure to different departments to develop technical and business skills as well as gain meaningful experience that will help them kickstart their Engineering career.

Following a corporate and technical onboarding period, the graduate will participate in a personalized 12-month rotational program that includes rotations in Marketing, Sales, Projects and Service. There will also be a final rotation in the department of the graduates choice.

Program Outline

• Marketing gain insight into our key industry groups in Australia, market segmentation and analysis, lead identification, product training, new product rollouts, involvement in campaigns and events, as well as lead nurturing
• Sales Internal and External Sales. Sales tool training, web-based sales skills training, outbound sales calls, MRO and Solutions acquisitions, learn to assist customers in specifying products/applications, customer visits with External Sales
• Projects Project coordination, familiarization with Project standards and processes, Project management execution, involvement in a Solutions project
• Service (Technical support) learn to provide support to internal and external customers by answering technical questions (post-sales), diagnosing and troubleshooting, smart-support, site visits.

Skills + Experience

• Recent Undergraduate in Engineering Electrical, Chemical or similar
• Internship experience in business related field preferred but not essential
• Customer service skills or experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly
• Team player who enjoys problem solving
• Someone that is driven and resilient, with a can-do attitude
• Ability to travel interstate during the duration of the program
