- Uploading products onto the website
- Ensuring listings are up-to-date
- Supporting with populating meta tags and meta descriptions for listings on the companys website
- Optimising listings for Google by ensuring correct SEO practices are followed
- Update product imagery, format/edit descriptions, ensure all relevant details and attributes are displayed, merchandise where required Monitor and improve active listings
- Ensuring the main lines of business have the correct iCare added as upsell
- Following feedback, make any necessary amendments to product merchandising, assortment, copy or imagery online in partnership with relevant teams
- Merchandise products online to promote key lines and ensure visibility during online customer journey
- Update related products and cross sells across products
- Provide weekly report on UTM/Page performance indicating WoW performance
- Assist with E-Commerce post campaign & initiative reports
- Keep online recon up to date
- Update UTMS for HP and DPs on a weekly basis
- Assist with testing pages before they are sent for approval across devices
- Adhoc campaign execution support
- Weekly audit of pricing on site (i.e. DPs/ Contract page/ FNB)
