Responsibilities:
Manage our internal book for unlisted loans - Encompass engagement with credit managers, agents, and back office. Included is allocations and payments as well as query resolution thereof.
Managing of credit manager relationship.
Determine efficiencies and improvements in processes.
Query management and resolution - Maintain a high level of turnaround times for query resolution.
Back up to other team members.
Performs all the necessary administrative tasks required as indicated above, but not limited to.
