The successful candidate will get extensive exposure to various aspects of HR including performance management, talent management and 360 assessments.
Duties to be performed:
Client support and admin
- Client support (Email and Telephonic Queries)
- Support the Consulting Implementation Team
- Standard reporting per reporting schedule (Daily, Monthly and Quarterly)
- Software testing
- Data capture (if required by client)
Support of HR Tools
- 360 Assessments
- Competency Reviews
- Performance Agreements
- Performance Reviews
General office duties
- Back-ups
- Ordering of supplies
- Petty cash
- Birthdays
- Filing and admin
Qualification required:
- Honours Degree or equivalent in Industrial Psychology or similar
Other requirements:
- Ability to adapt to rapid change
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Very organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
