- Designing of quarterly reports / presentation slides
- Designing Development marketing packages consisting of the following:
- Web banners for website
- Email banners to be used and resized on email
- Social media ads (carousel / static / video etc.)
- Amenities maps of locations
- Marketing promotional videos of developments
- Storyboarding & pre-production
- Designing of frames / slides
- Sourcing of video material
- Working closely with voiceover artist for voiceover clips
- Editing and compiling of video
- Post production
- Digital newsletters and mailers
- Designing of graphics
- Designing of mailer in Everlytic (if experience with other mailer lite service it should be acceptable)
- Sending of test emails
- Sending and launching of approved mailer
- Staff biography designing
- Retouching of photo's
- Any other graphic designing requests like, agent ads, property ads or listing forms, training manuals, slides, new development logo designs etc. (all needed in-house graphic design requests.)
- Knowledge and understanding of Gmail, Google Drive, Everlytic, Sharpspring, Wordpress, PDF Escape and Dropbox
