Conceptualise the creative brief to produce creative work within the scope of the brief that is aligned with the Corporate Identify (CI) of the brand.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Graphic Design in an agency or business environment (essential)
- Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Illustration, Animation, Motion Graphics or other related qualification
- Creativity
- Motion graphics skills/the ability to create animated content will be advantageous

- Technical skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator at a minimum)

- Exposure to and necessary competence level in using design software to produce creative work
Internal Process
- Provide input into the conceptualisation and design of the creative brief and campaign messaging
- Conceptualise the brief using existing/new templates and formats and develop relevant material
- Contribute to the development all visual communications and marketing campaign elements
- Work within the brand CI and maintain the required brand elements while producing innovative, effective designs
- Identify best practices through research and development and case studies to ensure that creative concepts and brand solutions stay relevant
- Develop layouts, articles and documents based on the design brief, including images and logo usage
- Quality check all images, text and layout as well as other formatting, to ensure quality production for media and print
- Design work for web, social media and other screen media and ensure that work is correct for the medium
- Develop all visual communications and marketing campaign elements either individually or in association with an agency
- Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products that ensures efficiency and accessibility
- Comply with internal processes around approvals, inclusion and necessary disclaimers, to mitigate and manage risks
- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Make recommendations to improvement of client service within area of responsibility
- Participate and contribute to a culture which build rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
