We have an amazing opportunity for a skilled Designer/Art Director within the Marketing team.
This position will be based at our Truworths Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Executing designs according to a brief and timeline
Designing of various print and digital elements
In store communication material
Packaging design
Social media content creation
Website Creative Assets: banners, landing pages, etc.
Emailers and email banners
Conceptualisation & Art direction of fashion photoshoots
- Design execution of print & digital marketing communication
- Ensuring all work aligns to brand positioning & guidelines
- Working closely with Design Manager
- Constant creation and conceptualisation of new and fresh ideas
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Graphic Design or above
Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer
Competencies:
Understanding of print and digital principles
Efficient use & knowledge of Apple Mac OS & Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)
Understanding of photography & videography
Up to date with the latest fashion industry related trends
Premier Pro and After Effects (advantageous)
Good communication skills
Team orientation
Attention to detail

Able to work under pressure
Organised and deadline driven with great time management
Able to take creative direction and feedback
