A leading luxury and premier property company who is dedicated to showcasing some of the most exquisite real estate across the globe is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to elevate their brand and captivate affluent audience. From designing sleek visuals to creating compelling social media campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping brands image across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the brands voice and values
- Write regular emailers to agents/property investors/guests and blog posts across all our websites.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Edit and produce engaging video content showcasing properties, guest experiences, and company update's.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our digital agency to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- 3+ proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
- A portfolio showcasing luxury or high-end brands (property experience is a plus).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar is a plus
- Preferably based in Cape Town
