Remuneration: R10 000 - R18 000 Per Month depending on experience

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and DTP Operator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in large format printing. The successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of file setup for print, be proficient in the latest Adobe CC programs (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop), and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure. The role requires both independent and collaborative work, with occasional overtime and Saturday availability as needed.

• Proficiency in Adobe CC programs

Responsibilities

• Proofing and reviewing designs to ensure accuracy and quality
• Setting up jobs in desired templates for printing purposes
• Thoroughly checking artwork for quality, including curved/outlined text and proper color modes (CMYK, Pantone, and RGB)
• Preparing jobs for printing, optimizing for the best output results
• Proficiently matching Pantone colors to maintain consistency
• Ensuring accurate color matching to samples provided by clients
• Verifying and measuring hardware for reskin projects
• Assisting in the recreation of artwork or logos as needed
