Responsibilities
- Responsible for the uploading of image banners, brochures, mailers, and sightseeing docs on the website via CMS
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate key message
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and design standards are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative design techniques to enhance visual communication
- Maintain existing Cullinan Content Portal
- Creative, and imaginative design of mailers, adverts, flyers, social media posts, sightseeing documents, and all other internal creative needs according to Thompson templates and Guidelines
- Conceptualize and interpret brochure briefs and produce creative & high-quality brochures
- Go above and beyond to keep up with heavy workloads and strict deadlines while consistently surpassing expectations.
- Ensure the necessary processes are followed to eliminate errors and losses
- Diploma in Graphic Design or a 4-year Degree in Graphic Design
- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer (an advantage is within the travel industry)
- Excellent working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
- Knowledge of Mailchimp
- Strong understanding of layout design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
- Strong communication (spelling and grammar) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Produce high-quality work by using creative and imaginative design
