You will be responsible for conceptualising creative briefs to produce creative work within the scope of the brief that is aligned with the Corporate Identify (CI) of the brand. Your role will involve reviewing and finalising artwork before presentation, collaborating with the Communications Manager on creative concepts and client campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, related field or combination of skills and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of 3D design and animation is advantageous
- MS Office computer skills (MS Office suite)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite non-negotiable
- At least 2 years experience in graphic design space
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates creative design ability
- Experience in photography and video creation and editing would be an added advantage
- Provide input into the conceptualisation and design of the creative brief and campaign messaging
- Conceptualise the brief using existing/new templates and formats and develop relevant material
- Contribute to the development of all visual communications and marketing campaign elements
- Work within the brand CI and maintain the required brand elements while producing innovative, effective designs
- Identify best practices through research and development and case studies to ensure that creative concepts and brand solutions stay relevant
- Develop visually appealing designs for social media platforms and print materials
- Create and design catalogues, emailers, PowerPoint templates and other marketing collaterals
- Develop layout based on the design brief, including images and logo usage
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, branding, logos and illustrations for clients
- Quality-check all images, text and layout as well as other formatting, to ensure quality
- Design work for web and other screen media and ensure that work is correct for the medium
- Maintain archive of images, photos or previous work products that ensures efficiency and accessibility
- Comply with internal processes around approvals, inclusion and necessary disclaimers, to mitigate and manage risks
