The Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator will contribute to various aspects of marketing campaigns and initiatives across the Group and individual business units to support the brand awareness and business development activity of the organisation.
The role involves staying abreast of marketing trends, assisting in graphic design tasks, optimising automation processes for lead nurturing, and collaborating with team members to execute marketing plans effectively. Additionally, the incumbent will play a vital role in tracking performance metrics, developing and executing campaigns, supporting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy, and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Advantageous: Marketing qualification.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience with graphic design work.
- Experience in planning and leading marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with marketing agencies will be advantageous.
- Own design portfolio would be preferred.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Power Point is essential).
- Proficient in using Adobe Design Studio and other design platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Good understanding of marketing concepts and principles across digital and traditional channels.
- Understanding of creating engaging content suitable for the target audience.
- Working knowledge of copy writing, editing and proofreading.
- Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of internal marketing and communication practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
- Conduct regular research on marketing trends and developments to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Analyse market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in marketing campaigns.
- Assist the design team in creating visual content for group and individual brands/business units.
- Develop graphics for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise automation processes for lead nurturing across email, content, events, and social channels.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Support in the execution of marketing plans to reach targeted audiences internally and externally.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies.
- Create and distribute monthly reports on key metrics including lead generation, content performance, website traffic, and other KPIs.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media initiatives, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.
- Support the internal marketing team in developing and executing the EVP strategy for all employees within the Group.
- Assist in creating engaging internal communications to promote company culture and values.
- Support in launching marketing events and campaigns by creating and/or setting up promotional materials (e.g., banners) for both internal and external audiences.
