What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree or Diploma - Marketing or Business related degree
- 10 years experience as National Key Account Manager in FMCG or other such related roles
- Commercial acumen
- Proven negotiation and selling skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Conflict management experience
- Proven track record in managing a team
- Be category partner of choice with the customers
- Own customer plans/Joint Business plans with account to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin
- Own the customer P&L to deliver on target business shape
- Responsible for the annual trading terms of all customers in scope
- Own Customer volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo) other channels: identifying new business opportunities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Development Managers
- Through sales analysis provide the business with data insights and analytics required to run their business.
- Drive compliance to Mars QMP (Quality Management Processes) standards
- Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels
- Develop a tailored promo/support plan in line with the segment requirements
- Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI) --> customer/channel specific
