The Group Brand Manager works closely with the Group Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans, and co-ordinate project activities
The Group Brand Manager provides support in creating and flighting marketing assets and materials, proposals and presentation tools and helps with research efforts as well as customer support - identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth. Manages the execution of sponsorships and conferences
Brand Management
Develop an insight driven strategic external marketing strategy and plan that reflects the longer-term objectives and priorities
Act as the traditional and digital marketing expert
Assist Group Marketing Team in managing integrated marketing campaigns across tactics
Support the development and flighting of marketing materials
Plan, design, and develop impactful presentations for internal and external use
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams
Contribute to Monthly Marketing Presentation by providing overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.

Share learnings and best practice with the Marketing Team and ensure that commonalities are captured
Contribute to Group Marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed
Cross functional alignment and collaboration with all departments to ensure marketing plans and outputs are aligned to their objectives and priorities.
Manage personal effectiveness - Complete Individual Development Plan, attend learning and development courses and participate in peer and team learning initiatives.
Stakeholder Relations
Stakeholder mapping: Identify key stakeholders and optimise relationships.
Maintain visibility and accessibility to all key stakeholders, working in close collaboration to gain alignment and support
Governance, Compliance And Risk Management
Comply with statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
