Group Executive Chef-Gauteng

Group Executive Chef position available with Restaurant franchise in Gauteng. Looking for a driven ambitious candidate with experience in running multiple Restaurant kitchen operations. 6+ Years senior chef experience in a similar role required. Main duties include quality control and maintain standards throughout the group. Strong stock and cost control skills required. Must have extensive health & safety knowledge. Strong staff training and development skills and experience essential. Must have a formal culinary arts qualification. Will be based in Jhb North and travel throughout Gauteng.
