Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient financial information systems are in place and financial reporting is aligned with group reporting requirements
- Control the group cashflow
- Manage, motivate, and encourage financial team
- Translate business objectives into measurable and tangible targets for the finance team
- Implement the accounting processes and controls within the finance function (e.g. Fixed assets, stock, debtors, loans, creditors, VAT and cashbook.)
- Manage the budget and forecast process with operational financial managers
- Maintain the necessary banking facilities in collaboration with the various banking institutions
- Implement audit requirements and processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Income Tax legislation and BBBEE regulations
- CA (SA)
- 5-7 years Financial Management experience and a minimum of 3 years management experience
