Group Finance Manager

Passionate about Financial Management? An exciting Group Financial Manager role for CA(SA) has become available within an the agriculture industry. The purpose for this role is to provide financial services to the group operations in support of investment decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient financial information systems are in place and financial reporting is aligned with group reporting requirements
• Control the group cashflow
• Manage, motivate, and encourage financial team
• Translate business objectives into measurable and tangible targets for the finance team
• Implement the accounting processes and controls within the finance function (e.g. Fixed assets, stock, debtors, loans, creditors, VAT and cashbook.)
• Manage the budget and forecast process with operational financial managers
• Maintain the necessary banking facilities in collaboration with the various banking institutions
• Implement audit requirements and processes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Income Tax legislation and BBBEE regulations

Requirements:

• CA (SA)
• 5-7 years Financial Management experience and a minimum of 3 years management experience
