Key responsibilities:
- Builds and manages a high performing BPC Admin team,
and ensuring development
- Leads the BPC Admin team in the efficient and effective
- Provides expert technical system knowledge to advise management
and to ensure that system development follows best practice
- Ensures adequate controls are enforced both within the system
documentation, in conjunction with Group Finance
- Develops strong relationships with relevant support partners and
representatives, and key finance stakeholders, in addition to
external technical support partners. In particular, develops and
communicates effectively with the Super User network
- Develops and distributes (or gives) appropriate training and
organisation
- Ensures system availability and performance at all times
- Manages timetable for change processing as well as future system
