- Learning and Development vendor management
- Maintain the design and delivery of business learning content, courses, curriculum, delivery channels and skills transfer methodology
- Identify key risks as it pertains to Learning and Development
- Analyse and present perspectives on business impact of different learning strategies and solutions
- Support localization of Global Learning framework
- Support and advise in the set-up and operational management of learning academies/learnerships/apprenticeships
- Oversee administration of bursaries

- Oversee Discretionary Grants - Reporting for CHIETA

- Responsible for BBBEE SD Element scorecards - AECI HO and Operating Companies
- Responsible for Income Tax rebates.
