Job Purpose
- To provide data intelligence and insight to enable better decision making by The Client stakeholders
- Key Deliverables
- Deliver value adding and informed insights and intelligence through effective collaboration with stakeholders, applying best practice market research and data intelligence techniques
- Proactively investigate opportunities for business growth and improvement based on informed data intelligence
- Conduct robust analysis, interpretation and synthesis of various sources of data and information using innovative research methodologies and techniques
- Develop, manage and deliver multiple primary research projects, by applying overall research and project management principles and leveraging vendor relationships
- Monitor and deliver intelligence regarding market and competitor activity by researching and reviewing primary, secondary research, passive data sources (e.g. social media)
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing expert knowledge and engaging with stakeholders around research and market intelligence
- Apply problem solving techniques and critical thinking when approaching business and research problems, in order to derive the greatest value, and identify opportunities that go beyond the obvious.
Formal Qualification
- Essential:Com/B Bus Sc (preferably post graduate level).
- Completed business related degree in marketing, business sciences or related discipline, e.g. B
- Preferred:
- Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Marketing Management.
- Experience LevelMinimum 2 years’ experience in a research environment
- Ideally 3 to 5 years Financial Services experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a strategic marketing management role
